Fantasia Animation International Limited is established in 1996 by Mr. Zhang Tianxiao, famous animator resident in France and member of Chinese Association of Television Artists.
Today Fantasia is developed into a studio capable of producing 6 to 7 episodes (22 minutes) per month. The activities cover the graphic design, storyboard, lay-out, x-sheet, animation, background, colorization, compositing, special effects and post-production.
The studio is composed of selected teams of the best animators in China, together with the best BG artists, graphic designers and directors.
Advanced equipments of international level are used in the post-production, including Animo, PEGS and AXA. They are constantly upgraded in accordance of the technological evolution.
The series Agrippine (for Ellipse Animation) and Jack Palmer (for Les Cartooneurs Associ¨¦s) have been chosen by Annecy Animated Film Festival in 2002. Martin Matin (Co-production with Les Cartooneurs Associ¨¦s) was chosen again by Annecy Animated Film Festival in 2003. In China Martin Matin won Jin Wa Prize in 2003 and China Goldeneagle Prize in 2004. Shaolin Kids, a new series in production, got the Prize as the Best Pilot during 2004 Cartoon Festival in Dalian China. |
